Sofia Carmina Coppola is an American screenwriter, film director,
actress, and producer. In 2003 she became the third woman and the first
American woman to be nominated for an Academy Award for Directing, for
“Lost in Translation”. In 2010, with “Somewhere”, she became the first
American woman (and fourth American filmmaker) to win the Golden Lion,
the top prize at the Venice Film Festival. Sofia Coppola movies like
“Lost in Translation” in 2003 to “The Virgin Suicides” in 1999 to “Marie
Antoinette” in 2006 which had a laid back 70′s wardrobe to her latest
movie “Somewhere” were some of her best movies till now. Her movie
wardrobes may be lavish and outrageous, but she is highly acclaimed for
her personal style which is more modest, elegant and chic.
Sofia’s casual look with stripes is very simple. I have collected
some images of her as i think she love’s to wear stripes . Mainly i can
see very basic stripes , but her short hair left loose complements her
casual looks even more, she look confident and smart.
She looks great even in her evening dresses , she knows how to carry
herself for casual or formal evenings , what makes her apart is her
personal style and that right attitude of what talent she got.
